Imperial Beauty operates the Mono Salon app and services. For questions about your information or correction requests, contact info@monohairspa.com.

Information we use

We use your name, email address and mobile number to verify your account, and your booking, order and address details when needed to provide the service. We store a password hash and basic technical information to protect your account.

Providing the service

The information needed to fulfil your request is available to the salon team, its management system and the hosting, email and payment providers involved. Card details are processed by the payment provider; the app does not store your full card number. The website may use analytics tools when they are enabled.

Optional app features

Notifications require your device permission. Booking and order updates can be switched off in Settings; offers and weekly suggestions require a separate opt-in. We use the app installation identifier and Apple push token to deliver notifications, and store read/open status to manage the inbox and measure campaign responses. Inbox messages expire within 14 days. Favorites and saved addresses remain until you remove them or delete your account. Private visit feedback is available to the salon team. Optional calendar access saves and updates your appointments on your device; the app does not upload your calendar entries. Optional proximity reminders use location locally on your device; the app does not upload raw location coordinates.

Account deletion and record retention

Once you confirm account deletion with the email code in the app, the account is deleted and sign-in access ends immediately. Deletion does not cancel ongoing bookings or orders; we keep only the information needed to fulfil them or settle an active package or balance. Invoices and tax records are retained for the legally required period, at least six years from the end of the relevant tax period. When the reason for retention ends, we delete or anonymise the information. For questions about a deletion request, contact info@monohairspa.com.
